Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience designing and facilitating leadership programs.
• Strong consulting with senior stakeholders and translating insights into action.
• Experience in multi-location, operations-heavy environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise talent assessment processes, including calibration, succession planning, talent reviews, and readiness discussions.
• Design, implement, and maintain practical talent management tools that clarify growth opportunities, role expectations, and development options.
• Design and facilitate team-building sessions to improve trust, communication, collaboration, and accountability.
• Design and facilitate leadership development programs involving coaching, performance management, change leadership, and business execution.
• Support organizational changes with change management practices, including stakeholder plans and adoption activities.
• Support new leader onboarding and integration with assimilation sessions, 90-day planning, and transition support.
