Job summary

You will manage the candidate lifecycle in Workday, drive process improvements through analytics and technology, and support leadership on performance and employee development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5+ years in HR and talent acquisition.
• Experience advising senior leadership to achieve objectives.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of full life-cycle talent acquisition strategies.
• Build talent pipelines for critical skill sets.
