Job summary

Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) seeks an Associate Director, HR Delivery in Washington, DC to lead Total Rewards, compensation, and performance management initiatives. The role focuses on aligning human capital strategy with enterprise goals, driving process improvements, and leveraging Workday and AI to enhance analytics and reporting.

The position requires 15+ years in HR, a strong leadership presence, and the ability to influence across divisions while ensuring policy

Qualifications

Education/Technical Expertise Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
Minimum of 15+ years human resources experience.
Strong background in Total Rewards and Performance Management, with change management and analytics.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day strategic and operational leadership of Total Rewards, including Compensation and Benefits.
Lead the redesign of the Performance Management process with pay-for-performance elements.
Drive OHR innovation, leveraging Workday, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
Develop analytics and metrics for OHR reporting and dashboards.
Collaborate with CHRO and leaders to align human capital priorities with operations.
Oversee supervision duties and policy adherence enterprise-wide.
