MITER Brands is seeking a Manager, Talent Management & Development to lead enterprise talent management and development programs that strengthen leadership capability and grow team members. The role partners with HR and business leaders to identify talent needs, translate strategy into scalable actions, and drive learning across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in a related field such as HR/OD/LD/Business Administration.
• 5+ years in Talent Management or related areas preferred.
• Experience leading or coaching teams and translating strategy into programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve Talent Management programs including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, development planning, mentorship programs, and leadership development.
• Translate talent strategy into clear processes, tools, timelines, communications, and execution plans.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify talent gaps and connect needs to meaningful development actions.
• Lead annual talent and performance cycles with strong follow-through on actions.
• Provide leadership and accountability for Talent Management and L&D team members.
• Advance digital learning, learning paths, LMS adoption, and scalable development solutions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Organizational Development / Learning & Development / Business Administration
