Job summary

Michels is seeking a Manager – Learning and Development Programs to own and optimize enterprise L&D across the organization. You will lead strategy, development, and implementation of leadership and professional development initiatives, partnering with leaders, HR, and SMEs to turn business needs into impactful learning experiences.

You will focus on ownership of existing programs, drive consistency and effectiveness, and help elevate Michels’ leadership capabilities through curriculum design,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience leading enterprise L&D programs: selection, curriculum, facilitation.
• Designing and implementing leadership and professional development programs.
• Strong facilitation and group leadership for diverse audiences.
• People leadership: coaching, priorities, performance, accountability.
• Partner with leaders and HR to align solutions with business priorities.
• Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, leadership development.
• Relationship building, project management, analytics, communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% across Michels locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, and continuous improvement of L&D programs.
• Collaborate with leaders, HR, and SMEs to translate business needs into learning.
