Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/OD/psychology/education/business or related field.
- 8+ years in talent development, learning and development, or related disciplines.
- Experience designing and facilitating leadership development and manager training programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead leadership development initiatives and design learning journeys across levels.
- Coach leaders on development, performance, feedback, and tough conversations.
- Develop tools and guides to strengthen manager capability and confidence.
- Partner with HR to support career development, succession planning, and engagement.
