The role requires overseeing succession planning, career pathing, and learning frameworks, while driving analytics and ROI on development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in talent development, learning & development, organizational development, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent development strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead Workforce Academy and measure program effectiveness.
• Design succession planning processes and career pathing.
• Develop leadership programs for supervisors and managers.
• Oversee learning frameworks, competency models, and learning pathways.
• Provide talent analytics, dashboards, and ROI insights to executives.
• Own Workday talent development functionality and related processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Safety, and leadership to support objectives.
