Inspire Medical Systems seeks a Talent Management Program Manager in the United States to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of talent programs that enhance employee performance, development, and career growth. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in talent management and a proven ability to develop custom programs.

Responsibilities include designing succession plans, partnering with Learning & Development, analyzing KPIs, and coaching HR leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in HR or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of talent management programs to enhance performance, development and career growth.
• Evaluate and improve performance management initiatives, including goal setting, feedback and evaluations.
• Manage talent assessment tools and processes to identify and develop high-potential employees.
• Design and execute succession planning with HR and business leaders.
• Partner with Learning & Development to create career pathing frameworks and development tools.
• Use KPIs to measure program effectiveness and drive data-informed improvements.
• Mentor HR and talent management staff and manage vendor relationships.
