Michels Corporation is seeking a Manager – Learning and Development Programs to own strategic programs and develop talent across the organization. You will partner with leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to create meaningful development experiences, drive leadership initiatives, and ensure programs align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of Learning & Development experience.
• Experience managing enterprise learning and leadership development programs.
• Designing, developing, and implementing leadership and professional development programs.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% to support programs across Michels locations.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize learning and development programs across the organization.
• Lead strategy, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of curricula.
• Partner with leaders, HR, and SMEs to align programs with business goals.
