You will partner with senior leaders to strengthen organizational capability, build leadership pipelines, and retain talent for long-term success. You will oversee succession planning, leadership development, onboarding, and employee growth, ensuring alignment with enterprise programs and division needs.

Qualifications

• Problem solving knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques to recognize and resolve organizational problems.
• Influencing knowledge of tactics to impact decisions within and outside the organization.
• Consulting skills to guide clients with technical or business guidance.
• Training needs analysis knowledge to identify what people need to learn for performance.
• Training solution development knowledge to design solutions for training needs.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead division talent strategy and governance to align with business objectives.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning and leadership pipeline processes across the division.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide insights on talent, organizational effectiveness and workforce readiness.
• Develop and oversee leadership, career development, onboarding and growth strategies.
• Provide strategic direction for learning and development programs and leader summits.
• Sponsor and lead cross-functional talent and organizational initiatives with external partnerships as needed.
• Build and mentor a high-performing talent team and promote collaboration across HR.
