- Advise senior leaders on talent, organization effectiveness, and workforce readiness.
- Develop leadership & career development, onboarding, and employee growth strategies.
- Provide strategic direction for learning and development programs and leader summits.
- Lead cross-functional talent projects and manage external partnerships.
- Develop and coach a high-performing talent team.
