Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, launch and ongoing administration of enterprise leadership and professional development programs.
• Oversee onboarding, program orientation, curriculum deployment, coaching experiences, and development planning activities.
• Manage program governance, performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to align development programs with business objectives.
• Facilitate talent review discussions and development planning for program participants.
• Coordinate rotational experiences to accelerate leadership readiness and broaden capability.
• Serve as the main contact for leaders, mentors, coaches and participants throughout the lifecycle.
