Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
Progressive experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, or HR partnering.
Experience consulting and influencing executive leaders; enterprise-wide talent strategies.
Track record of leading workforce transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
Lead design and adoption of talent acquisition process improvements.
Develop and execute change management strategies for recruiting initiatives.
Consult with leaders on implementation of selection methodologies and hiring decisions.
Leverage analytics to identify opportunities and measure program effectiveness.
Drive initiatives to improve hiring speed, quality of hire, and recruiter productivity.
Redesign recruiting processes across ATS/CRM to create end-to-end experiences.
Support enterprise HR initiatives with governance, planning, and data visibility.
Establish governance and standards for recruiting activities globally.
