Qualifications

• Play a pivotal role in the strategic development and execution of talent management and organizational development initiatives.

• Oversee the development of HR management systems to support talent initiatives and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to integrate best practices in talent management and leadership development.
• Manage the design and execution of strategic talent management projects, aligning with business objectives.
• Drive the creation and implementation of inclusion initiatives within the talent management framework.
• Lead the design of early career talent programs and community engagement efforts to build a talent pipeline.
