Job summary

Comcast is seeking a strategic Talent Management professional to drive the development and execution of talent management initiatives across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to align talent practices with strategic goals and lead projects that enhance performance and inclusion.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, HR systems development, and collaboration with Centers of Excellence to foster leadership development and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Playing a pivotal role in the strategic development and execution of talent management and organizational development initiatives
• Partnering with business leaders to integrate talent practices with business strategies, enhancing performance and talent retention
• Leading the analysis of complex talent data to inform strategic talent planning, workforce segmentation, and organizational design
• Overseeing the development of HR management systems to support talent initiatives and enhance user experience
• Collaborating with Centers of Excellence to integrate best practices in talent management and leadership development
• Managing the design and execution of strategic talent management projects, aligning with business objectives
• Driving the creation and implementation of inclusion initiatives within the talent management framework
• Leading the design of early career talent programs and community engagement efforts to build a talent pipeline
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
