Job summary

Sigmatech Inc. seeks a Senior Talent Management Specialist to serve as the principal advisor for human capital and talent strategy.

You will own end-to-end lifecycle activities—from recruitment and onboarding to professional development, performance management, and succession planning—supporting the organization’s high-stakes mission. Core duties include strategic talent acquisition, leadership development, workforce analytics, culture initiatives, and close collaboration with DASA DE&C

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration.
Active Secret security clearance required.
7–10 years of progressive talent management or strategic HR experience.
Experience advising senior executives on human capital matters.
Experience with performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and recruitment.

Responsibilities

Strategic talent acquisition and onboarding program leadership.
Advise leaders on performance management and employee engagement.
Design professional development, career paths, and mentorship programs.
Lead succession planning with data-driven workforce analysis.
Improve culture and organizational effectiveness through surveys and focus groups.
Collaborate with leadership and teams via MS Teams.
