Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a Human Capital Manager with a strong HR background to support the DoD CIO’s Cyber Excepted Service operations within the DDI Practice Area. The role involves advising clients, overseeing deliverables, and crafting reports for clients and executives.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in federal HR, staffing expertise, and a deep understanding of DoD personnel policies, with on-site work at client locations. A TS/SCI clearance and Master’s degree in HR are preferred.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and maintained SECRET clearance (DoD/US federal).
• TS/SCI clearance on onboarding/maintain may be required.
• 15+ years federal/HR experience in staffing to support Civilian Excepted Service.
• Senior HR specialist/manager experience with staffing/classification/employee relations.
• Knowledge of DoD and federal personnel policies (Title 5/Title 10).

Responsibilities

• Advise CES recruitment and staffing processes for DoD CIO initiatives.
• Develop CES staffing policies and guidance documents.
• Research interrelationships among GS, FWS, DCIPS, and other personnel systems.
• Draft responses to inquiries and prepare briefings and presentations.
