TalentRemedy is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor who sits where government contracting and technology meet. You’ll lead full-lifecycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.

This role partners with stakeholders to build effective talent strategies, deliver exceptional candidate experience, and identify practitioners aligned with the mission, technical bar, and culture. Local to the DC‑Metro area, onsite Mondays.

Qualifikationen

• 8-10+ years of full-lifecycle talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with GovCon recruiting and technical hiring.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and drive recruiting strategy.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles across functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and recruiting strategies.
• Advise leaders on market trends, compensation, interview techniques, and best practices.
• Develop proactive sourcing using job boards, networking events, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, present qualified candidates, and guide selection.
