Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Seven to ten years in talent management or strategic HR.
• Experience advising senior-level managers on human capital matters.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: lead recruitment strategies for military, civilian, and contractor personnel.
• Performance and Engagement Management: advise on performance management and retention initiatives.
• Leader and Employee Development: design development frameworks and mentorship programs.
• Succession Planning and Workforce Analysis: lead succession planning with data-driven insights.
• Culture and Organizational Effectiveness: drive surveys and focus groups for improvement.
