Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking Human Capital & Force Development Specialists to support end-to-end personnel lifecycles within a major DoW/Air Force/Space Force Center environment. You will advise leadership on manpower guidelines, manage staffing actions, and help accelerate recruitment while tracking career milestones across the civilian and military workforce.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance is required.
• DoW/AF Systems knowledge and federal HR processes are expected.
• Experience with manpower planning, recruitment support, and personnel actions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, and execute personnel actions across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, hiring, performance management, and awards.
• Maintain rosters and organizational charts; advise leadership on manpower guidelines and documentation.
• Conduct data-driven manpower and workforce analyses to forecast needs and support resource allocation.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Public Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent
