Omega Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including partnering with HR for compliance and supporting OFCCP requirements.

You will manage a team of recruiters and directly handle high-priority requisitions to fulfill staffing needs across the organization. You will collaborate with contracts, programs management, and customers to build pipelines, shape recruitment strategies, and enhance the employer brand within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in HR or Business Administration.
• Experience leading Talent Acquisition teams and recruiting for DOE/DoD/NNSA programs.
• Proficiency with HR software and ATS platforms (iCIMS, Paycom).

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze labor market trends and adjust recruiting strategies to attract qualified talent.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team; establish performance expectations.
• Personally manage critical, hard-to-fill requisitions and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding and metrics tracking.
