Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives. This role drives organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

The Sr. HRBP will support U.S. Sales and Patient Outcomes, partnering with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and OD teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP support for senior leaders.
• Experience partnering with executive teams in fast-growing environments.
• Experience in med-tech/regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Drive talent strategies, performance management, and leadership development.
• Coach leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and culture.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Operations.
