Job summary

You will partner with executives to design people strategies, lead talent initiatives, and optimize organizational design while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Master's degree is preferred for strategic HR leadership roles.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP with senior leaders.
