You will lead cross-functional collaboration with HR, Learning & Development, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in talent management, a proven ability to launch high-impact programs, and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in talent management or organizational development.
• Proven track record designing senior‑level talent development programs.
• Strong project management and stakeholder influence skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of talent management programs from strategy through delivery.
• Evaluate performance management initiatives, including goals, feedback, and evaluations.
• Implement talent assessment tools to identify high-potential employees.
• Design succession planning and partner with HRBPs to train leaders, templates and materials.
• Create career pathing frameworks and development tools with Learning & Development.
• Use KPIs to assess program effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent management.
• Continuously improve talent programs to increase efficiency and employee experience.
• Mentor HR and talent teams and manage vendor relationships.
