Job summary

Day & Zimmermann Company is seeking a Talent Programs Manager in the United States to design and deliver talent programs that foster a high-performance culture and a clear, engaging employee experience. You will lead strategy across performance cycles, listening programs, and related experiences, using data to identify changes and communicate why those changes matter.

The role includes ownership of SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, partnering with HRBPs and leaders, and driving adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in HR with 3–5 years in talent/performance management or HR tech.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the talent programs roadmap and continuous-improvement initiatives across performance cycles and engagement.
• Deliver goal setting, review cycles, continuous listening, and engagement programs with timelines, communications, and stakeholder coordination.
• Serve as the functional owner for SuccessFactors Performance & Goals; translate needs into system requirements and partner on configuration, reporting, testing, and release decisions.
• Use survey and program data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities; present concise stories and recommendations to HR and business leaders.
