Job summary
MSIG USA is seeking a Lead Talent Management & Development to partner with the Head of Talent Management to advance enterprise programs across performance, learning, analytics, and HR technology. This role serves as a lead contributor across performance management, learning and development, talent analytics, HR technology, and talent program governance, while supporting broader initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
- 10+ years in HR, talent management, or learning roles.
- Experience leading enterprise talent programs and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise performance management programs and annual reviews.
- Own talent analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Oversee Workday Talent, Learning, Performance, and Succession processes.
- Guide learning and development programs across the organization.
- Coordinate talent reviews, succession planning, and development plans.
