Job summary

MSIG USA seeks a Lead Talent Management & Development to advance our talent strategy by partnering with the Head of Talent Management to implement and continuously improve enterprise talent programs across performance management, learning, analytics, HR technology, and governance.

This role leads scalable processes, builds dashboards, supports succession planning, development initiatives, and partners with HR and business leaders to enhance capability and employee growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Operations, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading or administering enterprise performance management, learning and development, talent management, or workforce capability programs.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and multiple stakeholders across an organization.
• Experience utilizing Workday, talent management systems, learning management systems, HR technology platforms, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise performance management programs and annual review cycles.
• Coordinate goal-setting, performance reviews, calibration, and talent assessments.
• Develop manager and employee resources and guidance to support effective performance conversations.
• Monitor participation and outcomes, identify trends and risks for improvement.
• Translate workforce data into actionable insights for HR and leadership.
• Lead talent governance and learning programs, including dashboards and reporting.
