Fullsight is seeking a Lead Strategic Learning and Talent Development Partner to design, develop, and execute comprehensive talent strategies across SAE ITC, PRI, and SAE organizations. You will lead workforce planning, skill development, succession planning, and leadership development to strengthen the leadership pipeline and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Business Admin or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in talent management, L&D, or related HR discipline.
• Strong understanding of talent management best practices, adult learning principles, and trends in workforce development.
• Proven project and change management skills with ability to lead multiple initiatives.
