Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum eight years of work experience in educational design/development or training, preferably in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate evaluation, enhancement and maintenance of learning courses, materials and job aids.
• Design and develop technical learning solutions including curricula and assessments.
• Create forums to support delivery of training across processes, systems and leadership.
• Update materials to close gaps and adapt to change.
• Establish measures to evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Lead learning projects as a manager and monitor plans.
