Fullsight, LLC invites an accomplished Lead Strategic Learning and Talent Development Partner to shape enterprise-wide talent strategies. You will align learning, succession, and workforce planning with organizational goals, driving leadership development and employee engagement.

You will partner with HR, finance, and operations to design innovative programs, manage budgets, and measure outcomes using data-driven analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in talent management, Learning and Development, or a closely related HR discipline.
• Strong understanding of talent management best practices, adult learning principles, and emerging trends in workforce development.
• Demonstrated project management and change management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time.
• Proven ability to influence, advise, and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working within HRIS and talent management systems, learning management systems (LMS), and HR analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation abilities, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

• Lead a holistic talent management strategy aligned with the organizational strategic plan.
• Support strategic workforce planning initiatives by identifying future skill needs, analyzing workforce trends, and developing competency strategies.
• Create cohesive talent management processes and tools across the organization in close collaboration with HR functional leads and HR Business Partners.
• Engage Senior Leadership in reviewing, approving, and championing talent management strategies and roadmaps.
• Administer the Learning and Development budget, tracking vendor contracts, program costs, and ROI to ensure responsible use of resources.
• Enhance and refine succession planning processes to build a robust leadership pipeline.
• Develop innovative performance management approaches that drive engagement and connect contributions to organizational goals.
• Design and oversee learning programs that address identified skill gaps, compliance training, and leadership development.
