Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sector or financial services preferred but not required.
• Strong background in developing curricula, certifications and blended learning.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains technical training resources and curricula.
• Conducts needs analyses with business leaders to identify skill gaps.
• Leads and manages learning projects and measures training effectiveness.
• Collaborates with leadership to align learning with compliance and quality reviews.
• Creates multimedia content and supports delivery across channels.
