Job summary

Forward Air Corp. is seeking aSenior Talent Management professional to lead enterprise-wide talent initiatives from its Dallas offices.

The role partners with executives, HR leaders, and BPs to drive performance excellence, succession planning, and professional development across the organization. You will design and optimize programs across engagement, retention and leadership development while ensuring data-informed decisions using HRIS, analytics tools, and modern LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or Industrial Psychology required; Graduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years in HR, Talent Management, Organizational Development or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME to business leaders and HR partners in identifying talent opportunities and enterprise-wide solutions.
• Lead strategic program development for talent programs including performance management, engagement, retention, development and succession planning.
• Support annual review process deployment and ensure timelines across client groups and locations.
• Translate talent data into actionable insights for leadership decisions and workforce planning.
• Partner with Leadership Development and HRBPs to develop and deliver professional development programming.
• Develop onboarding, mentorship, and change initiatives with cross-functional teams.
