Job summary

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Talent Development Manager to spearhead our global learning strategy within the People & Culture team. You will design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate programs that accelerate new-hire productivity, strengthen consulting and technical capabilities, and increase manager effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Talent Development, Learning and Development, or organizational development experience, including 2+ years in lead/strategy role.
• Experience shaping learning strategies and program portfolios with senior leaders.
• Applied instructional design experience: needs analysis, objectives, assessment, evaluation.
• Experience facilitating leadership and manager development for senior audiences, virtual and in-person.
• Hands-on learning management system administration (Docebo or similar).
• Comfort using learning data, reports, surveys, and spreadsheets to drive recommendations.
• Strong project and program management across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with People & Culture to develop and maintain the global talent development strategy and annual plan, aligning priorities and success measures.
• Consult with practice and business leaders to assess capability gaps and translate into learning priorities and scalable solutions.
• Design, develop, facilitate, and deliver programs building consulting capability, technical skills, and readiness for AI-enabled work.
• Design and lead leadership and manager development programs, including cohort-based formats and flagship programs.
• Set instructional design standards and review curricula, facilitator guides, materials, eLearning, job aids, assessments, surveys.
• Oversee program execution: project plans, stakeholder alignment, communications, facilitators, post-program reinforcement.
