Job summary

Fortive is seeking a Talent Enablement Partner to act as a dedicated advisor to Fortive Operating Companies. You will diagnose leadership and talent challenges, shape practical enablement solutions, and embed them within operating rhythms to improve performance.

You will partner with HR leadership across OpCos to drive behavior change, sustain outcomes, and advance enterprise learning initiatives. A strong consulting mindset and facilitation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
• Typically 8+ years of experience across HR business partnership, talent management, leadership development, organizational development, internal consulting, or related roles.
• Experience operating as an internal consulting partner to leaders at all levels.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills; comfortable shaping demand, challenging assumptions, and prioritizing what matters most.
• Fluency with modern learning delivery approaches and tools to scale adoption across operating companies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose operating company strategy, leadership strengths, and talent risks in partnership with OpCo HRVP and leaders.
• Shape and embed practical talent solutions by drawing from enterprise curriculum, assessments, coaching, development plans, and learning assets.
• Co-design and deliver high-impact workshops, installations, and leadership sessions; coach leaders and teams in the flow of work.
• Maintain ongoing partnership with OpCo HR teams to monitor progress, reinforce follow-through, and ensure sustained outcomes.
