Fortive seeks a Senior Executive Talent Partner to identify and secure top-tier executive leadership across our operating companies. You will shape talent strategy with senior leaders and drive critical hiring decisions that influence our global portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience leading full-cycle executive recruitment with senior leaders.
Data-driven with ability to identify trends and solve recruitment challenges.
Experience using ATS, CRM (Thrive preferred), and sourcing systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to define talent strategies for executive roles.
Manage executive talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.
Advise senior leadership on recruitment processes from sourcing to offers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment with growth objectives.
Use analytics to optimize processes and outcomes.
Mentor and develop team members.
