You will build a best-in-class internal executive search function, partnering with senior leaders to shape leadership pipelines and hiring decisions.

You’ll manage a team of recruiters and researchers, establish playbooks, leverage talent intelligence and AI-enabled tools, and advocate talent strategies that align with business

Qualifications

• 10+ years in executive recruiting or talent acquisition.
• 2+ years leading an executive recruiting team.
• Experience across multiple functions and global hiring.
• Strong executive presence and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable internal search model and playbooks.
• Partner with senior leaders to define leadership needs.
