Job summary

Fortive is seeking a Director, Global Executive & Strategic Recruiting to lead executive hiring across Fortive and 10 operating companies worldwide. This role offers remote work in the United States or resident in Everett, WA, and reports to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition.

You’ll build a best-in-class internal executive search capability, coach a high-performing team, and partner with senior leaders to shape leadership priorities through market intelligence and strategic search practices.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in executive recruiting or leadership hiring.
2+ years of leading an executive recruiting or talent acquisition team.
Proven track record recruiting senior leaders across multiple functions.
Experience advising senior executives and HR leaders on complex talent decisions.
Deep expertise in executive search strategy, market intelligence, and candidate assessment.

Responsibilities

Lead Fortive’s global executive and strategic recruiting function across the enterprise and operating companies.
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and researchers.
Develop a scalable internal executive search model with rigorous processes.
Establish playbooks, sourcing methodologies, and leadership-search best practices.
Lead a portfolio of high-impact executive and strategic searches.
