Job summary

118-WW TMG MFG OPS is seeking a Talent Development Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to our businesses worldwide. You will craft and execute a talent strategy focused on bench, organization, and leadership development, working with senior leaders and HR partners.

You will analyze organizational needs, forecast workforce requirements, and measure the impact of development programs, while strengthening managerial capabilities and enabling employees to own their careers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years experience in talent development, HR or project management.
Project management experience with a proven track record of developing, maintaining and maximizing the impact of programs.
Experience partnering with business leaders to provide business-specific recommendations and solutions.
Experience utilizing data analytics to drive decisions in an HR or related function.

Responsibilities

Conduct organizational analyses to develop talent strategies aligned with business needs.
Leverage data analytics and visualization to identify talent gaps and forecast workforce needs.
Strengthen organizational and managerial capabilities while enabling career ownership.
Create and drive strategies, programs, and processes to develop our talent pipeline.
Consult with business leaders and HRBPs as a thought partner.
Use talent data to inform strategic HR decisions.
