• Strengthen managerial capabilities while enabling employees to own their careers.
• Create and drive talent development strategies, programs, and processes to identify and develop our talent pipeline.
• Consult with business leaders and HRBPs as a thought partner.
• Utilize talent development data to inform strategic decisions.
