Job summary

Array Tech, Inc. seeks a Global Talent & Development Partner to design and lead enterprise-wide talent, performance enablement, and leadership development programs. You will align programs with business priorities and integrate them across the employee lifecycle.

You will partner with HR leaders and managers worldwide to translate priorities into scalable, high-impact initiatives that improve performance, readiness, and leadership effectiveness across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership development, learning & development, or talent management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise or global talent programs in complex organizations.
• Strong knowledge of performance management and adult learning principles.
• Ability to design scalable programs and own program governance.
• Proven collaboration with senior leaders and HR stakeholders.
• Global mindset with ability to work across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of global talent and development programs, including leadership development, manager effectiveness, performance enablement, and enterprise learning initiatives.
• Ensure programs are aligned to business strategy, workforce priorities, and evolving organizational needs across regions.
• Serve as global owner for program governance, structure, content standards, and delivery models.
• Own leadership development pathways across leadership levels (emerging, people managers, senior leaders), ensuring consistency, quality, and measurable impact.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to strengthen manager capability in areas such as goal setting, coaching, feedback, performance conversations, and talent development.
