Job summary

In the Senior Talent Development Specialist level, you’ll lead more complex needs assessments and advise leaders on development strategies, taking ownership of enterprise-wide learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in training, learning and development.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, and blended learning.
• Partner with leaders to identify learning needs and gaps.
• Create job aids, assessments, and microlearning content.
• Support onboarding and foundational training for new hires.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and improve programs.
• Coordinate training schedules and platforms.
• Build relationships with employees and leaders across locations.
