Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller Design Group in Clayton, MO is seeking a Talent Program Manager. You will design, implement, and continuously improve talent programs that strengthen leadership capability and internal pipelines. Partner with the Talent Development Leader and stakeholders to deliver structured learning experiences and measure outcomes.

You will drive onboarding enhancements, manage performance cycles, and leverage AI tools and learning platforms to improve program delivery and employee readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and leading talent initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Experience using data, feedback, and business insights to assess program effectiveness.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and improve talent programs to strengthen leadership capability and pipelines.
• Lead development programs such as leadership acceleration, director development, and early talent initiatives.
• Translate business needs into structured learning experiences and development plans.
• Manage programs from design through execution, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze participant data and insights to evaluate readiness and program impact.
• Oversee the annual performance cycle including goal setting and reviews.
• Develop communications, tools, and guidance to support consistent talent processes.
• Design onboarding experiences to accelerate readiness for key talent populations.
