Job summary

City of Memphis seeks a Talent Management professional to administer organizational development, training, change management, employee engagement, and workforce effectiveness programs under the Talent Management Senior Manager.

You will lead learning initiatives, design curricula, manage the LMS, and partner with leaders to improve performance. A Bachelor's in HR or related field and nine years of experience are required; a Master’s and coaching credentials are preferred. On-site in Memphis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Nine years of practical experience in human resources, leadership training, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred; professional coaching certifications are preferred.
• Working experience using various computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office and Oracle, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer organizational development, training, change management, employee engagement, and workforce effectiveness programs.
• Lead learning initiatives, design curricula, and manage the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Partner with internal stakeholders and leadership to support strategic objectives and improve performance.
• Coordinate career pathway programs and evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and metrics.
