Job summary

Pathward, National Association is seeking a senior leader to design, govern, and continuously improve enterprise talent development programs. You will own performance management, leadership development, coaching, and scalable learning solutions across the organization.

You will partner with business leaders and People & Culture, drive program governance, analyze impact through data, manage external partners, and build an enduring talent ecosystem to advance organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Designs, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent development programs and infrastructure.
• Leads end-to-end annual performance management process including design, cycle management, implementation, and reporting.
• Oversees leadership development programs and coaching engagements.
• Manages external vendor relationships and ensures quality delivery.
• Develops and delivers program communications and learning experiences.
• Maintains partnerships across the organization and provides thought leadership on talent development.
