You'll lead with data, leverage emerging technologies, and drive talent strategy across a fast-paced, global environment, shaping leadership development and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience including 7+ years in L&D
• Experience providing L&D expertise and consulting in a global organization
• Expertise designing, building and delivering learning for sophisticated audiences

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of the GBO business and landscape
• Build trusted advisor relationships with HRBPs and senior leaders
• Identify data and insights to influence strategic decisions
• Gather and analyze data to measure program success
• Create communication plans to market talent solutions
• Facilitate learning offerings including senior audiences
• Support creation of global talent development strategy and metrics
