Job summary

Destination Pet is seeking an experienced HR professional to own and run enterprise people programs, including performance management, compensation governance, and analytics for leadership visibility. This remote US role reports to the Group CHRO and operates with executive partners across the company to shape talent strategy and governance.

You will lead annual and mid-year performance cycles, optimize compensation frameworks, and build dashboards to track engagement, performance, and talent

Qualifications

• Own and run enterprise HR programs including performance management and compensation.
• Partner with executive leadership and operations across time zones.
• Experience building dashboards and analytics for leadership.
• Remote work experience and ability to use AI tools.
• Preferred: Workday, project management tools, multi-state operations.
• PMP/CAPM/Agile certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of enterprise talent programs, including career pathing, succession planning, leadership development initiatives, and other strategic people programs.
• Own and administer the company's annual and mid-year performance management cycles, timelines, and reporting.
• Administer compensation governance including job architecture, leveling, salary structures, and market pricing.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to provide leadership insight into organizational performance trends.
