Job summary

Pathward is seeking a seasoned Talent Development Leader to design and govern enterprise programs that grow leaders and accelerate organizational performance. You will own the annual performance management process, lead leadership development initiatives, and build scalable learning ecosystems in partnership with business leaders and external partners.

This is a strategic, hands-on role within Pathward's People & Culture team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree.
• Strong collaboration and leadership capabilities and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Designs, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent development programs.
• Leads end-to-end annual performance management process including cycle design and implementation.
• Oversees enterprise leadership development programs and Elevate Leadership Program.
• Manages coaching engagements, vendor relationships, and program evaluation.
• Develops and maintains talent development infrastructure and ecosystem including tools and partnerships.
• Translates business priorities into scalable programs and resources.
• Establishes objectives, governance, and operational plans for talent initiatives.
• Measures program effectiveness and makes data-driven recommendations.
• Leads communications and learning resources for leadership growth.
• Partners across the organization to provide thought leadership in talent development and organizational effectiveness.
