Qualifications

• Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Familiarity with learning technology platforms and analytics.
• Ability to influence senior executives effectively.
• Experience in team management, budget oversight, and vendor relations.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi-year learning and leadership strategy aligned with business goals.
