Lattice Semiconductor Corp is seeking a Sr. Director, Talent Development to lead the enterprise learning and leadership development strategy.

You will design and deliver programs that build capabilities at every level, align talent investments with business priorities, and measure impact with executives. You will oversee leadership programs from emerging leaders to executives, manage learning operations, and partner with executives to ensure succession planning and talent reviews are effective

Formación

• 10+ years in learning and development, with 5+ in leadership roles.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership programs at multiple levels.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and evaluation methods.
• Experience with learning technology platforms and analytics.
• Ability to influence senior executives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop multi-year learning and leadership strategy aligned to business goals.
• Lead tiered leadership development programs across levels from emerging to executives.
• Oversee enterprise learning programs and career development resources.
• Manage learning operations, including technology, vendors, and data privacy.
