Job summary

Consigli Construction 1 seeks a Manager of Organizational Development to align talent practices with business needs and elevate leadership bench strength. The role focuses on identifying high-potential talent, development initiatives, and engagement metrics to inform executive decisions. You will build enduring relationships with senior leaders and influence staffing strategies.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Learning & Development, you will lead talent reviews, governance, and analytics,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
At least 9 years related experience in learning and development, organizational development, instructional design, training, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level initiatives in large, complex organizations.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect business strategy to practical talent solutions.
Experience with learning technologies and software (i.e. Learning Management System, Vimeo, Camtasia, Storyline, Survey software)

Responsibilities

Lead talent reviews, succession planning sessions, strategic planning meetings, and organizational workshops.
Facilitate talent reviews with executive leadership, Talent Development leadership, business partners and stakeholders.
Design and implement organizational talent review processes to identify and develop high-potential employees and succession plans.
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor leadership pipeline strength, readiness, and talent risks.
Provide executive coaching and develop individualized development plans for employees.
